I have managed end to end recruitment life-cycle, sourced the candidates through various sources like Headhunting, various advertisements and Referrals or from job portals, developed and executed sourcing plan in consultation with the team, screened them as Client's given parameter, arranged interview with the Client and ensured regular follow up with the candidates till he joins the client organization and Analyzed Attrition. My major responsibility is revenue generation & ensuring timely submission of bills as per the agreements and collection of the payment to ensure receivables at bare minimum.
