Current•Handling one of the top Wealth Management clients in the USA.•Collaborate with direct clients across various industries, including technology, finance, healthcare, and more, to understand their unique hiring needs and talent acquisition goals.•Utilize innovative sourcing techniques to identify and engage highly qualified candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media platforms, professional networks, and niche communities.•Conduct thorough candidate assessments, screenings, and interviews to evaluate technical skills, cultural fit, and career aspirations.•Serve as a liaison between clients and candidates, facilitating the entire recruitment process, including offer negotiations, reference checks, and onboarding activities.•Build and maintain long-lasting relationships with clients and candidates, acting as a trusted advisor throughout the hiring process.•Stay updated on industry trends, market insights, and best practices to provide strategic guidance and enhance recruitment strategies.In addition to Above:Handling various Permanent hire roles in the technology space which includes Financial, Healthcare and Government/ Utility clients.
