This included analyzing social norms to support cultural transformation, fostering strong individual and organizational relationships, building cohesive teams, improving communication, and identifying emerging leaders within the organization.I focused on the following key techniques that significantly boosted both productivity and profitability at JS:Enhancing Team Performance: I introduced new strategies to boost cooperation by increasing team motivation, reducing risk aversion, and building trust within teams.Improving Individual Performance: Through personality-based training, I promoted pro-social behavior, reduced risk aversion to foster innovation, and tailored methods to maximize individual output.Developing Authentic Leaders: I explored leadership development in which a leader’s unique, context-based qualities are essential. By encouraging reflective learning and leadership rooted in individuality, we significantly enhanced leadership skills.Implementing Intrinsic Motivation: Authentic techniques for enhancing intrinsic motivation were employed to improve both individual and team performance.Utilizing Knowledge Management: Knowledge management strategies were implemented to reinforce positive team dynamics.

Over a period of four years, I led a transformative shift in people management at JS Autocast, transitioning from an authority-driven approach to one centered on emotional intelligence and employee engagement. This strategic change resulted in reducing attrition rates to less than 5%, significantly outperforming the industry standard of 15%.My efforts focused on evolving the HR function from a simple payroll role into a fully operational Human Capital Management team. This team became a driving force for employee performance, engagement, and meeting the cultural needs of the organization. I also established a self-sustaining and automated Human Capital Management system, allowing the business to operate with minimal intervention.By 2017, the company had moved from lacking a Legal, Admin, and Systems team to being fully compliant with all legal and operational requirements, solidifying its foundation for future growth.
