The role is responsible for managing all IT Technology. Working closely with the leadership creating a business lead technology roadmap and strategy, ensuring business are met as a foremost. Lead the digital harmonization and transformation programme to replace current solutions with SAP S4 Hana. With 2 Data Centres across 6 manufacturing sites for over 2000 Staff has a core team of 20, along with 3rd party solution providers including Infosys, Fujitsu and Cognizant. Taking a team with insufficient controls, processes and legacy unsupported infrastructure and applications, security, technology resilience solutions and implementing a road map to reduce risk, put in processes and controls whilst having to deliver a multi million transformation programme to replace legacy applications including ERP systems with SAP S4 Hana without impacting the productivity of the business and growth. The role was also part of the Global IT strategy group facilitating initiatives to share knowledge, skills and technology to increase productivity and harmonise technology across all business units.
