With a robust background in grassroots football development, I have seamlessly transitioned into my current role at JSW Bengaluru Football Club. My core mission is to cultivate young talent and instill a culture of excellence within the sport. Through my expertise in skill development and grassroots initiatives, I contribute to a team that values innovation and growth, aligning with the club's vision to foster future generations of footballers.Since June 2023, I have been serving as the Head Coach for the U17 Young Blues Elite and the Technical Head for various partner programs. My responsibilities have expanded to include overseeing the grassroots operations in a limited capacity, ensuring a holistic approach to nurturing young athletes. My skill set in soft skills development has been pivotal in enhancing the potential of our youth, empowering them to excel both on and off the field.
