About Prithvi Raghu, Cpa

An experienced finance professional and business partner with expertise in financial reporting, internal controls, auditing and strategic financial planning and analysis. Currently my role is as a Financial Controller for Litmus Automation. Headquartered in Santa Clara, California and with offices in Toronto, Munich and Tokyo. Litmus is the leading provider of unified Edge to Cloud platform for Industrial Internet of Things (IIoT).Prior to this I have held senior finance roles in publicly traded Digital Health companies. As a Senior Finance Manager at CloudMD (TSXV:DOCX), a North American healthcare technology company where I led the financial planning, analysis and reporting function and at MindBeacon Health Inc. (acquired by CloudMD), a newly listed virtual healthcare company (TSX: MBCN) where I led the financial reporting and analysis function. In these roles I prepared quarterly and annual financial statements under IFRS, MD&A, board packages and IR materials. I also managed the forecasting and internal reporting to the C-Suite and leadership team. Prior to my roles in industry, as part of Ernst & Young, I have accumulated several years of experience servicing both audit and non-audit clients in a diverse range of industries including power and utilities, private equity, government and public sector, mining and metals, customer products and retail. I have gained expertise in leading teams that execute high quality audits in accordance with IFRS, US GAAP, ASPE and PSAS. I specialized in conducting integrated audits which were SOX 404 Compliant and developing a SOX 404 compliant ICFR program.I have obtained a CPA designation and am a member of the Chartered Professional Accountants of Ontario. I am a recipient of the "CPA Award of Excellence" and the CPA Newfoundland's "CFE Silver Distinction Award" in recognition of academic excellence through the CPA Professional Education Program and the Common Final Examination.
