Worked with VMC and CNC machines. ● VMC programming using geometric and miscellaneous codes (G-code and M-code) ● Learning work offset and tool offset in VMC machines. Assembly: ● Gained experience in Assembly of cylinder liners on engine blocks, crankshaft installation, connecting rod and piston assembly, cylinder head installation, camshaft assembly and other out fittings. ● Assembly and calibration of Fuel injection pump (FIP). ● Assembled and tested Oil pump and water pump. ● Assembled Turbo charger and super charger. ● Stripping of Over Hauling engines and Fuel injection pump. ● Involved in assembly of Beyond Economic Repair (BER) engines. Testing: Running in schedule. Specific oil consumption. Specific fuel consumption. The above three tests are carried out for testing engines.
