- Currently, leading team in Market engagement plan projects (end-to-end execution of RFX’s event) and Adhoc projects (Data analysis, PM, leadership presentations)- For Chemicals category, executed eRFX’s accounting to spend of $ 841 MM (16 MEPs) and developed an automated analysis platform showcasing various bid scenarios giving quick insights to Category Managers for their further discussion with suppliers- Strategized and executed Distributor Network Optimization project, which involved addressing the Tail Distributor materials and reducing the count of overall distributors region wise. Through this activity, we successfully reduced tail distributor count from 219 to 80 distributors globally. Also, resulting in annual cost savings of 14% on a tail spend of $ 118 Mn. - Developed Price Benchmarking tool, which supported Category Directors/Leads in identifying savings opportunities. Along with pricing, tool did summarize all other factors having impacts on price and helped Category Managers to take relevant decisions on price negotiations- Also, designed Price Governance tool, which summarized various analysis for Category Managers/Directors considering the global material portfolio. Tool included various analysis giving insights on Actual Volume Consumption, Price Renewal Summary, Inflation Claw Back Analysis, Purchase Price Variance (PPV) analysis, Supplier Spend Analysis, Pricing trends from historical years and Current Award Coverage- Created various user friendly Power BI dashboard on Savings Summary, Award Coverage, Supplier Spend, Contract Coverage, Payment Terms Improvements, Volume Consumption tracker, which were used by all the Category managers globally to understand their progress and get useful insights for further actions

- Executed high complexity end to end sourcing projects for various categories like MRO, IT and Telecom, Facilities Management, EHS&S, Office supplies- Was on-shore for an Indonesia based client in Jakarta to design and execute a pilot project for PPE tender on GEP SMART tool. Consulted end to end event designing and executed both eRFP and e-auction events successfully, resulting in good savings of 15% on spend of $ 1 Mn and TAT reduction. Also, demonstrated S2C modules of GEP SMART tool to client and received a good feedback.- Strategized and executed end to end strategic projects delivery good savings for the client. Key projects executed were standardizing vending machines across NA sites, supplier consolidation for rented uniforms/garments/waste management- Supported Client in moving towards digitization platform where modern approaches were introduced to client like executing supplier evaluation through digitalized scorecards, usage of more hosted and posted catalogs, executing projects through e-sourcing platforms.- Key digitization achievement was working with GEP SMART technical team and streamlining the process of PR to sourcing to awarding to PO in a single flow on GEP SMART platform. This project made the overall process flow efficient, reducing the overall TAT of sourcing process.
