CurrentJoined as CEO at Espire in June 2011, took charge with evolving responsibilities overthe years. I brought leadership-oriented thought process, conceptualization, rigorousfeasibility assessment, organization & team building to serve broad corporate andspecific project goals to meet schedule, cost and revenue objectives. Projects initiated /completed in this period include:Residential Projects: Hamilton Heights, Faridabad (2011-15)providing high end facilitiesat affordable costsHotels: The group entered the ultra-luxury segment for the first time when it acquiredFort Barwara (2015-21). I spearheaded the process of converting the 700-year-oldheritage fort into an ultra luxury hotel with an international multi disciplinary team ofconsultants. Currently operated by the Six Senses group it has the highest ARR amonghigh end hotels in India.Subsequent Hotel infrastructure assets target various market segments with a portfolioof tie ups. This includes the Zana chain at Jim Corbett, Mussoorie and several otherlocations like Sawai Madhopur, Kasauli, Rishikesh etc. These projects enabled thegroup to grow hospitality revenues by 100%; quality execution had enabled ARRincrease by 15%.Schools: Infrastructure for Radcliffe schools chain belonging to the Espire group inHyderabad (2022-23), Bengaluru (2023), Mumbai (2023-), Jaipur, Patiala.Universities: Rai University, Ahmedabad and Rai Technology University at Bengaluru.
