Lead Product Designer (With Auriga)Lupin Digital Health Oct 2022 - Mar 2023Mumbai, Maharashtra, IndiaLupin Digital Health offers a heart care program (Lyfe) to the people who have either suffered heart attack or are the risk of it. There are multiple users in this ecosystem such as patients, patients' family members, personal care managers, nutritionists and doctors.Product 1 : Designed a desktop platform for the nutritionists who had been using a mobile app which had limited functionality and is not effective for everyday job for 7-8 hours of daily use. I did the user research by preparing questionnaire, taking interviews, making affinity maps and persona. Prioritized the problem statements, ideated the solution, created user journeys, wireframes, visual design principles, visual designs, prototyped the entire flow. Conducted usability testing. Product 2 : Designed a tablet and web platform for the sales manager who onboard patients while taking their personal and medical details and complete their payment with least friction making sales increase. Onboarding doctors require their data to be cross checked by QC team so designed experience for them as well. Did user research, ideation, wireframe, visual design, prototyping. -
Lead Product Designer (With Auriga)Turno May 2022 - Sep 2022Jaipur, Rajasthan, IndiaTurno is a loan lending company which provides loans for commercial 3-wheelers EV (auto rickshaws). It's users are the commercial auto rickshaw drivers such as milk, egg sellers, water camper distributors etc. Being the first designer at Turno, I set up the offer website (offer.turno.club) specifically targeted to such users who are mobile friendly, not much tech savvy, use Instagram and Facebook etc. to make them book an 3W EV.We regularly designed funnels and thoroughly analyzed the heatmaps, checked the conversion and click rates and designed new funnels to reduce the friction and increase the booking rates. We designed multiple homepages and ran campaigns for several days, weekends and weeks depending on the type of the campaign. -
Senior Product Designer (With Auriga)Vedantu Sep 2021 - Apr 2022IndiaProject 1 : Vedantu planned to bring an on-demand subscription based offering for Vedantu's students who are reluctant to join year long courses due to the high upfront price. We designed the user journeys for three main aspects of a student's routine "learning via knowledge consumption, tests and assignments, and asking doubts." Did brainstorming, created flowcharts, created wireframes, visual designs and clickable prototype.Project 2 : To increase the engagement in Vedantu, a concept was thought of a community for the students where they can connect with their batchmates and teachers. Did secondary research, ideation & brainstorming, user flows and wireframes. -

It acts as a companion for Resonance's classroom programs for JEE, NEET etc. The users are students who can read study material, watch topic videos, perform tests, submit daily practice sheets and ask doubts to the teachers. The teachers can publish study material, grade students in DPPs and tests and resolve student doubts.We ideated and designed the Android, iOS, tab and web apps for both students and teachers.
