In my time as a project manager in the Customer Success Team, I assumed full authority and accountability for orchestrating multiple projects, steering them from inception to 100% completion. A pivotal facet of my role involved conducting rigorous interviews for faculty members and I also served as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for all stakeholders—participants, parents, faculties, and the company. Ensuring unwavering satisfaction among these diverse stakeholders became a cornerstone of my responsibilities.My proficiency extended to meticulous project planning, creating project charters, comprehensive collection and insightful analysis of project data. I strategically intervened at critical junctures to preempt bottlenecks, creating a seamless flow that propelled each project to success. From evaluating participants to grading them and crafting certificates and awards, every detail fell under my purview.Taking my expertise global, I successfully executed three onsite projects in Singapore, earning a token of appreciation in the form of a memento.
