Handling International procurement and trading of Non ferrous Metal and Scrap such as Lead, Zinc, Cadmium, Arsenic, Antimony, Tin and Product thereof for Indian plants.Successfully lead a team of around 25 persons to complete greenfield project for setting up New Plant for Manufacturing of Pb/Ag Bullion, Cu Matte, PAT, Sb2O3, CuSO4, ZnSO4, Cd Sponge having total capacity of handling around 30000 MT of Raw material per Annum in association with one of the largest Lead and Zinc Smelter in India.

Handling Purchase worth of USD 25 M per annum.Develop and Maintain supplier base for key Raw Material (Pure Lead, Lead Alloys, Battery Separators, Battery Plates and Batteries, Project Sourcing, Capex) for Battery Manufacturing Plant. Negotiation of Price, Quality, Quantity, Payment terms etc. and delivery schedules.Handling all import activities for Raw material, Capex, Parts and Spares etc.

Develop and maintain supplier base in different countries for the raw material.Keep checking availability of raw material with established suppliers and finalize the deal if any.Understanding and applications of Macroeconomic and Foreign Trade policies of targeted countries, explore the market and develop supplier base over there.Participate in E-auction, Estimation of value of the Lot material and then to make a bid for the same.To track, evaluate and achieve monthly and quarterly targets and report to VP- Procurement.

Customer satisfaction survey at major retail chain stores and product placement in the storesTo get feed back from customers about quality and quantity of products.To work with a team of sales executives and support them with the market data.

To finalize location for new retail outlets.Manage supply of products for outlets.Procurement of fruit and vegetables from local farmers.To give training to outlet holders.
