We then work together to install new more empowering beliefs that serve you, help you visualise a new identity that excites you and that you cannot wait to step into as your Future Self. Even more importantly, we then lock all of this released creative but, raw energy into a "Seed". This seed is an action plan with clearly defined milestones and time frame for the goals you want to achieve and then in order to drive this action plan to its fruition, I help you build an "Engine" - A set of new habits for you to start building that is consistent with the new identity you want to create. Learn how to prime, run and maintain this engine everyday until the process becomes intuitive and moving forward towards your goals becomes effortless.
