I believe that every person is unique in their own way and to help them find that way is one step towards the success of humanity. Being a people person, I’ve always wanted to contribute to the betterment of social dynamics. Acquaintances and peers have often remarked that my level-headedness and presence of mind help generate solutions to many problems.I am empathetically ambitious. I pursued my UGC in development counseling and went on to do my B.Ed. in special education.My initial journey as a counselor and a special educator for children considerably brought me up the learning curve. The entire experience helped refine my innate qualities of being patient and mindful of people around me. And that’s how I came to terms with the decision of co-founding Coditas, to support the role well-suited for me—understanding and improving the quality of life within the organization. I’m heading the HR, Operations, and Administrative departments at Coditas. I have been actively involved in the creation of people-centric processes and policies so that the team can have something more to look forward to in their corporate job, other than their paychecks.Through multiple HR interviews that I have been conducting through the years, I can take a peek into the minds of candidates across different backgrounds. My former experience as a counselor guides me to understand whether an individual is suitable for the culture Coditas is set for. Constant interactions with people make it easier to perceive the work-life expectations of the present generation, or general grievances be it potential candidates or members of the team.Be it an elementary school kid or an adult, socializing keeps me going. Across the years, communication has always proved to be the key to making life better for my extended family at Coditas as well as myself.Post 5 years, I can proudly say that Coditas is a place where everyone contributes enthusiastically and looks forward to their next day at the office.Strictly trying to strike a balance between professional and personal lives, I try to devote spare time to music, art (in the form of sketching, mostly), and trying out new recipes in the kitchen.If you want to chat about Coditas, human resources, or your love for baking, I would love to get in touch!
