• Daily maintenance of the automated analyzers• Preparing different analyzers to run for patients by calibrating,running controls.• verifying and approving the results of control.• Executing both routine and special laboratory assays of patient specimens in the areas of clinical chemistry, general hematology, immunology, endocrinology and toxicology to aid physicians in diagnosing disease.• Enter results of the various tests performed ,verify and approve results in the system.• Alerting for panic values to the appropriate department to inform the doctor.• Organized and maintained department supplies and maintaning reagents inventory and documents records.

• Assisted Medical Superintendent preparing minutes of the hospital round.• Supported the team of Hospital Round Members (Medical superintendent, Quality Manager, various HODs, hospital administrator, Nursing Superintendent) for the purpose of quality check in the different wards. • Checking Patients’ documentation in case files, Patient flow management, patient-care-giver relationship.•Interactions with the patients and get their feedback, data analysis on their feedback and complaints, perform safe hospital practices.Pathology Laboratory Accreditation Related work:• A study and analysis of the work flow in the Department of Pathology• Identifying laboratories providing EQAS in cancer Cytogenetic and Microbiology Laboratory at National and international level• Identified the common and exclusive services provided by the main Biochemistry Lab and Emergency lab • Assisted Quality Manager during NABL accreditation Surveillance in both TMH and ACTREC (Research Centre) • Data Analysis with Graphical representation - on Patient’s Feedbacks of pathology Laboratories, patient’s Feedback ( in general) and Incident Report (Sentinel events)•Attended CME in External Quality Asssurance Scheme in Diagnostic Cytology -Department of cytopathology,Tata Memorial Hospital,Mumbai•CAP Proficiency Testing program meeting at Tata Memorial Hospital, Mumbai.

Full-time trainee – (Under the supervision of a senior Clinical Laboratory Technologist) Worked in the Department of Microbiology, Biochemistry, Hematology, Serology, Blood Bank (including Donor’s screening and blood grouping) Histopathology, Clinical Pathology and handling OPD blood collections(Phlebotomy)
