1. ENGAGESynopsis: The Salesforce Application is a Force.com Implementation. The Application supports Sales/Relationship Manager with client information to manage client relationships efficiently. The application provides seamless lead conversion to help in identification of prospects and record opportunity details for various clients and tracks its progress. The Application has the ability to manage and identify incidents that impacts to our clients. The Application comprises of Sales as well as Service Cloud, uni-directional and bidirectional integrations and data migrations with multiple legacy systems to maintain data. The application uses Marketo and D&B managed packages for leads identification and updated client information.Module 1 - Clients Data Enhancement The application improves sales process by fetching data from managed package D&B and showing it in the respective clients’ records in the application. The application also received quarterly update to keep the data up-to-date.Module 2 - Data Migration The application is regularly updated with records of latest details of the business deals conducted by the various LoBs (Line of Business) of the organization with its clients. Business data is also shared from the application to respective LoBs to help them in their business deals. The application fetches and sends the details from external systems using Migration tools(Informatica/Pentaho) and are added to the respective objects of the application.Module 3 - Lead Management & Conversion The application integrates managed package Marketo to generate leads and keep the details up-to-date. The application is designed to organize and distribute the leads to the appropriate LoBs. The application uses custom lead conversion process to support and capture the various business needs and details required for the sales process.

Environment: Windows 7Automation Tools: Java, Selenium Web driver, and TestNG.Role and Responsibility:-• Plan, Design and Develop Automation Framework as per the business requirements. • Develop and maintained test framework using TestNG and Selenium Web driver.• Created Test strategy and plan, create test data and organize test plans and test runs for automation. • Identified test cases to automate, prioritized suitable candidates for automation and automated test cases using Selenium Web Driver, TestNG and Java. • Developed the automation framework using Selenium and TestNG for functional testing. • Configured Selenium Web Driver, TestNG, Maven tool and created selenium automation scripts in Java. • Performing Data driven testing to validate the components displayed on the website using Selenium.• Execution of test scripts using TestNG.• Integration with Jenkins execution.• Analysis of execution and Reports Analysis.

Pricing (Eagle platform)(manual testing)Description:-Eagle is fund accounting platform which is use for BNY MELLON for doing fund accounting of various client which also include portfolio management risk analysis compliance report transaction work flow, pricing workflow, security reference and corporate action work flow. Multiple venders send data like security reference pricing to eagle via files or mq. Once the data comes into the eagle file system ,there are different Perl script per vendor which extracts data from the files then transform the data as per business logic and finally loaded into eagle database.Role and Responsibility:-• Creating test data for each vendor interphases so that all the scenarios and different functional requirement can be tested.• Creating test cases which include positive and negative test cases for each of the functional requirement.• Dropping files into the incoming folder of the interphases and insure data loads in to the database as expected • Doing regression testing of all impacted code to insure all the processes work as expected.• Doing end to end testing which includes pushing dummy data from vendor to eagle so that all the communication layer can also be tested.• Doing performance testing to insure bulk data should not cost any performance issue in production. • Using ALM we lock the defects to track all the bugs in the application and insure that all the issues get resolved by developer and retested and deploy in production environmentDefect tool:-ALM (Application Life Cycle Management).
