I am a professional with 25 years of Indian and overseas experience backed by higher education from reputed American and Indian universities.In the U.S., I have worked with HarmonyCom (a telecom company) and Johnson & Johnson (a health & wellness company) in Ann Arbor for 10 years as a technologist. I have been fortunate to work on a very interesting range of products that make a difference in human lives. In India, I have worked with ValueFirst Digital Media, heading their technical efforts for automated mobile and voice messaging platforms. As a founding member, I helped establish Emorphis as a product development company from its inception. I have been instrumental in setting and streamlining processes and technologies with Arwade Infrastructure including the implementation of their ERP.While working in multicultural environments across countries I had to interact with diverse teams and customers while being sensitive to their needs and levels of satisfaction. This made me realize my potential and interest in maintaining a fine balance of creating highly motivated teams and increasing customer satisfaction and in turn retention and productivity. Knowing the importance of keeping customers satisfied and employees engaged, I founded HR Muscle. At HR Muscle we help organizations build a culture conducive to growth. We help them by building short- and long-term strategies and rolling out employee engagement and team-building interventions. HR Muscle is a leader in corporate training, and outbound, and indoor team engagements.PASSION: I am passionate about health and wellness. My work has been focused on involving individuals in sports and fitness and creating wellness in communities. * I am an avid marathoner, biker and a triathlete. I am invited as a pacesetter at marathons across India. * I am a director with Pune Running, a non-profit organization that helps build healthy communities. Pune Running runs 25 centers across Pune with volunteer trainers. * I have been instrumental in conducting Pune’s biggest marathon for the past 5 years--from its inception to execution. In its last edition, we managed to make 12,000 people run.
