Consequently, full E2E exposure across Ricoh's national and international operational, customer management & sales processes.Responsible for documenting process flows for our continuous forums consumables (quote to cash), booking in procedure and delivery SLA) of legacy business. Working closely with European and US based team, I managed and communicated all changes to product availability, discontinuation and product launches to the clients, internal key players and stakeholdersManaged the "Customer Experience Project" which involved reviewing the current process and improving and streamlining the delivery and communication process for each Production Print Hardware Order. Accountable for coordinating between all teams involved in the end to end customer experience, and ensuring they were adopting the new improved processes.
