Fair Distribution Limited, (National Distributor of Samsung handset and tablet) Company Location: Banani, Dhaka. Department: Sales Duties/Responsibilities: 1. Manage a distribution house and its staff towards achieving each month’s sales plan by ensuring proper “sell in” and “sell out” in 128 handset selling outlets in my territory with a total Samsung (handset and tablet) sell out value taka 20 million per month. 2. Drive sales force towards achieving individual sales target, Width of Distribution (WOD) target, New Product Placement Incentive) NPPI target, model-wise sales target.3. Hiring, training, monitoring, and evaluating each member of sales team i.e. Sales Officers, MIS executive, Distribution house manager)4. Guide and execute trade marketing, merchandising, campaign, branding in handset selling retails according to central plan, manage trade marketing team (Training officers, Trade marketing executives, merchandisers). 5. Ensure distribution house KPI by ensuring Primary and secondary sales target achievement, monitor sell in and sell out, Width of Distribution (WOD), New Product Placement Incentive (NPPI).6. Appoint/terminate dealers, evaluate dealers’ business performance, and ensure all kinds of sales support (POSM, Live Demo of handsets, Dummy placement) to dealers.7. Tracking each model handset “Sell in” and “sell Out” performance, manage incentive, price protection, promo price claims of retails, cross checking each claim against Distribution Management System (DMS) against IMEI, sale memo etc.8. Report WOD status, NPPI status, retail-wise “Sell in”, “Sell out”, OOS (Out of stock), Distribution house credit status, retail credit update, retail-wise cumulative achievements status to HO.

1. Drive Field Force team towards achieving co-plan.2. Monitor, evaluate and review field force performances.3. Execute central brand campaigns in my territory.4. Drive personal initiatives for field force to inspire them to bring out outstanding results whilst also designing fair incentive schemes.5. Regular presentations to line manager about Territory performance update.6. Hiring, training and evaluating Field Force (i.e. Sales Representative, Sales Supervisor), Third Party recruited TSAs (Territory Sales Assistants) etc.7. Execute merchandising activities by monitoring CMs (Contract Merchandiser) and ensure merchandising according to Cycle Instruction.8. Monitoring and evaluating BRs (Brand Representatives) and ensure proper One-to-One communication to Adult Tobacco Consumer in compliance with Tobacco Control Act .
