I am currently working at Barnardos as a Business Analyst. I am responsible for overseeing Business Analysis in the Digital and Technology team. Key activities include leading analysis for specific products, processes and services. I am currently working on a Digital Transformation programme which Barnardos has undertaken. I manage the product backlog and run weekly sprint sessions with all work streams. As part of the transformation I have carried out User Research and conducted interviews and produced a product backlog made up of user stories and EPICS.I am currently reviewing all applications at Barnardos to see which ones can be used as a SAAS based solution. We support a variety of technologies. I am the technical lead for XenMobile and administer, upgrade, test and support the environment. I support XenDesktop and XenApp issues as well as understanding the infrastructure behind the Citrix Suite. I administer SCCM and deploy applications and updates. I use group policy to help manage our environment and setup and configure policies. I take on technology projects from start to implementation. I raise and implement change controls.
