Eternal learner, fascinated by human development and holding degrees in Psychology and Business Administration, a combination that naturally led me to the Human Resources field.I have 4 years of experience in the Training and Development area, during which I had the opportunity to work with managing internship programs, onboarding, performance evaluation, facilitating trainings and webinars, LMS management (Cornerstone, Workday, and Intelex), working with multicultural teams, as well as actively participating in innovation and diversity projects, where I highlight my involvement in the ideation and implementation of a women's leadership project - an experience that allowed me to develop valuable skills in communication, leadership, creativity, and project management. I have also ventured into some internship recruitment processes and exit interviews.Before entering this field, my first professional experience was in a company in the management system certification area, where I acquired a solid foundation in competencies such as continuous improvement and process design.I strongly believe in continuous learning and the impact that diversity and inclusion can have within teams, relationships, and society. This is the basis of my purpose to be a bridge to untapped potentials.I enjoy reading, traveling, and learning - new languages, new paths, new ways of accomplishing a task, new subjects.
