Assistant Manager - State Operations
Current- Adhere to the skill livelihood program training framework, policies, and guidelines.
- Responsible for all the activities including operation and administrative related toproject deliverables and center agreement.
- Supervise the attendance management of trainees for each batch of the trainingprogram.
- Works under the direction of the regional manager and in collaboration with otherdepartments in the exercise of the tasks.
- Working closely and engaging with district/block officials in ensuring programdelivery.
- Preparation of overall strategic plan, based on local context and organizationalvision for the respective cluster and continuously reviewing the same.
