Current• Supported Clinical, Quality and Research programs in Women’s Services.• Conducted data audits to ensure accurate data entry in the system.• Utilized the Hospital Medical Records system cerner for data collection coding & analysis as part of the research objectives.• Extracted data through all sources available such as Finance, Insurance & Patient Surveys• Responsible for analysis & weekly/monthly/quarterly reports to provide a detailed overview of the replenishment business performance by unit and division.• Regularly refining and filtering data with audits, performance targets, KPI, metrics for each unit in women’s service to support continuous improvement efforts and for evaluating JCI measures on a monthly basis• Planned and perform in-depth evaluations of data entry by identifying measures of effectiveness and areas for improvement• Routine data preparation for processing information & checking for any inaccuracies,• Performed data and statistical analysis to identify specific research areas that merit investigation, within and across Service.• Collaborated with end-users such as Physicians, Nurses & allied health staff to understand their analytic objectives and business needs to develop requirements and plans for data.• Creating easily comprehensible visual representations of data using MS Excel and Tableau• Liaise with MOPH for data submission requests ensuring quality and completeness of data• Managed the hospital-wide nursing rosters and report generation.• Conducted Literature search and assisted in identifying Standardized definitions & target.
