Current• Responsible for ensuring the accurate and timely processing of mandatory and voluntary corporate actions. • Working on multiple systems to perform corporate action processing, reconciling, monitoring, and posting entitlements to client accounts. • Reviewing depository bulletins, company circulars or other documentation to acquire pertinent information regarding corporate action events • Interpreting and monitoring corporate action events, processing liability notices, cash and share transactions for Bonds, Equities, GIC’s and Mutual Funds. • Sending client instructions to third parties, posting online cash and security transactions.• Focusing on attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to work on multiple systems to effectively manage priorities and meeting deadlines.• Providing support to internal and external clients by researching and monitoring complex issues with appropriate escalation to management when required
