Current• Maintaining a database/ Headcount of 550+ employees• Creating JD and posting the same post approval on Job Portals and internal site• Sourcing Candidates for Management and Executive level from various Job Portals• taking HR Round and scheduling for Manager/ Management Round• Salary Working and Offer negotiation along with releasing offer• Maintenance of employee personal records (hire till retire)• Handling the entire process of Onboarding & Off-boarding of employees• coordination for new employees induction and taking 3 - 6 months review/ feedback from both new employee and manager• Handling the operational work with regards employees (appointment, relieving, prob. etc.)• Managing the stakeholders for Appraisal Process, Exit, Onboarding, HR Budget, and so on• Created and maintained HR Dashboard as well as worked on HR Budget with the Head HR• Making sure that employees are aware of the leave and attendance application and also created a PPT for easy reference• Updating system for any changes in employees database• Hands on experience on Oracle and Zing HR• Conducting Exit Interviews• Coordinating with Travel desk for travel arrangement for any events for the employees• Managing internal training calendar• Event Management throughout the year• Query Management and Grievance Handling
