As a founding member of BabyChakra, my key role was to understand, connect and build a community of users from scratch. I was responsible for Growth, Engagement & Retention of the BabyChakra community.- Executed the outreach for the first-ever power users of BabyChakra and channelized consumer insights to the respective teams to improve the initial value proposition including service reviews.- Implemented a gamified loyalty program for power users branded as MomStars.- Devised a goal-oriented content and engagement strategy to deliver constant value to users, obtain genuine UGC and maintaining community success metrics.- Organized offline events to promote and spread awareness of the features and benefits of BabyChakra and establish a connection between community members.- Drove perpetual growth of the community through high quality referral, social media promotional campaigns, multiple outreach programs (online and offline) including leveraging localized networks. - Built and maintained an ecosystem of support for users that was 'always on.'- Executed brand partnerships keeping in mind community value and performance metrcis.
