Marketing Head• Creating plans to meet the sales team's MQL needs while ensuring the marketing team's growth, and identifying and putting into place process enhancements that will increase the output• Lead Generation through Email Marketing and other activities & ROI analysis• Execute email marketing, lead nurturing, marketing automation, and web analytics• Organizing, participating and attending events such as conferences, seminars, webinars and exhibitions• Responsible for planning, developing, implementing and maintaining the overall company's email marketing strategy• Leading and supporting the team and ensuring that the business goals are met• Contributing to and developing marketing plans and strategies, preparing and managing marketing budget• Sourcing advertising opportunities and placing adverts and writing articles and interviews for Magazines and PR management• Liaising with designers for marketing related creatives• Presenting organization in Seminars, Webinars, Industrial Events & Exhibitions• Market Research, Customer Survey & Testimonies• Planning and supervising marketing campaigns with a customer-centric approach• Measuring campaign and process performance and delivering frequent reportsScrum Master• Organizing and leading Scrum ceremonies• Overseeing and managing scope, timeline, and deliverables that support business goals• Removing impediments and coaching the Scrum team on removing impediments• Standups - Facilitate triweekly standups as needed• Iteration/sprint planning meetings – Protect the team from over-committing and scope creep. Aid in estimation and sub task creation.• Sprint reviews – Participate in the meeting and capture feedback.• Retrospectives – Note areas for improvement and action items for future sprints.• Board administration – Work as the administrator of the scrum board.
