• Involved in book-keeping & bank reconciliations• Handling periodical creditor payments i.e., on fortnightly and weekly basis• Preparation and lodgement of business activity statement (BAS) and superannuation on Australian Tax Office (ATO) portal• Handling Year end finalisations such as Single Touch Finalisations (STP) and Return To Work SA for multiple clients.• Involved in payroll processing on weekly/fortnightly/monthly basis• Hands-on experience in MYOB & XERO• Preparation of monthly payroll tax reports• Involved in preparation and delivery of monthly Profit and Loss statement for various clients• Active handling of client’s data including client’s mail• Maintenance of up-to-date documentation of all the processes of company• Managing a team of four people and providing all the necessary support required

Responsible for all the financial and operational activities.

Resposibility of this job includes:• Preparation of tax computations for individuals and partnership firms. • Preparation and filing ITR’s for individuals, and partnership firms. • Preparation and filing TDS returns. • Accounting and book-keeping related work
