Briefing candidates about the clients' profile and work atmosphere.? Maintaining a systematic and comprehensive database of all candidates.? Handled complete Recruitment Life Cycle - sourcing, screening, short-listing Profiles, Candidates Tracking, and Follow-ups, coordinating for HR interviews, Selection and Placement (On Board).? Analyzing the requirements, and sourcing profiles for the same? Performing initial telephonic Screening for candidates.? Evaluating the candidates on their communication skills, attitude, etc.? Maintain a regular Periodic Review Sheet (PRS) on daily basis and also maintain team reports.? Handling Middle and Junior Level Job Requirements.? Maintaining a database of candidates for future reference through Internet sourcing & referrals.
