I have a strong background in providing efficient HR services in order to contribute to the successful delivery of the company’s objectives. I am part of the Strategic Business Unit of Education & Training which includes a multiple set of responsibilities.Some of my core competencies are as follows: a) Recruitment Management: Responsible for the selection process for the recruitment of IT graduates for Training Programs, based on the requirement of in house as well as other IT organization. b) Understanding Human Resource: Counselling students on their Career plan by determining their aptitude& inherent potential;followed by engaging them with the relevant training modules to empower their IT Career. c) Financial Management: Overseeing the end to end Financial Management of the Department.d) Planning, Development & Implementation:I am the project lead for co-ordinating & organizing in depth work shops which encompasses all the modules offered by the company.
