Like Career Builder, Monster, Dice, Tech-fetch.• Coordinate the interviews for the selected candidates by the Client and ensure the availability of the consultants for the same.• Rescheduling interviews if not done at allotted time slots.• Processing with the further proceedings if technical interview is through, like, negotiations, follow ups with the candidates and vendors to ensure confirmed joining.• Regularly remain in touch with the consultant, employer and the sales manager regarding the updates and development.• Maintaining and updating the database of consultant and vendors.• Worked on all types of job like Contract, Contract to hire and full-time positions• Hands on experience on Outlook, Gmail, Word, and Excel, ATS, VMS and different job portals.• Working experience and knowledge of Type of Job like W2, 1099, C2C/Corp to Corp.• Strong experience to handle Consultants having different visa’s like Green Card/GC, Green Card EAD/GCEAD, H4/H4EAD, TN/TNEAD, L2/L2EAD, H1B (I-797A, I-797B) E3/E3EAD and OPT/OPTEAD).• Working Experience with Job Portal like Monster, DICE, IT Contract, Tech-Fetch, Ladders.• Strong working experience of using Google Groups to post jobs regularly.
