•Project Coordinator April 2017-2019•Only point of contact for addressing concerns and maintaining coordination within the departments (Account Co-Ordinator, translators and In house departments) to ensure timely delivery of the orders.•Work on Sfera software tool to recheck the order setup, communicate with translators across the world, assign the file to translators and ensure the error free file is delivered on time to the Account Co-Ordinator for delivery.•Act as support in creating dashboard of team members.•Processing new projects that come in from the client, determining work flow and steps.
