Recipient of Kode With Klossy Scholarship which funded a two week course teaching fundamentals of computer science. During the course of this program, I would collaborate with teammates to develop a pitch, wireframe, product, and presentation of the produced application. 2020 - Produced website focusing on leading a healthy lifestyle using HTML, JavaScript, & CSS to code a website focusing on leading a healthy lifestyle.2021 - Produced an app focused on fighting food insecurity in the state of Massachusetts by applying XCode & iOS Swift.

2019 - Volunteered on Stepdown Unit gaining exposure to patients recovering in an intermediate care setting. In addition, assisted managing administrative duties such as DAISY awards and organizing patient charts. 2021 - Rotated through the surgeries of patients in Neurology, Orthopedic, Urology, Vascular, Pediatric, Cardiovascular, and Gynecology departments. Along with surgeons, I shadowed anesthesiologists, physician assistants, nurses, scrubs, and other technicians in pre and post operative settings.

2019 - Served with faculty in the Oklahoma Science and Technology Research Program (OKSTARS). Evaluated bacterial isolates from Cystic Fibrosis patients, specifically focusing on cellular morphology, cellular arrangement, and the presence of biofilms in samples. Presented findings at Oklahoma Physiological Society, OSU- CHS, TABERC Meeting and OSU Research Day. 2021 - Collaborated with peers and faculty to determine the effect of synthetic proprietary compound on the cell membrane of various bacterias.
