Direct reporting to the CEO.Gather requirements from internal and external customers such as Shoppers Stop, Flipkart, Jabong and Myntra.Create BRD, conduct reviews, achieve sign-off and conduct familiarization workshops.Manage e-Portal content, website design and online product catalogue in co-ordination with software vendors Infibeam, Qwikcilver, Marjack and marketing teams.Conduct Knowledge Transfer (KT) sessions and interviews for requirements gathering.Collect project status, create report and present it to the Management Team.Support and resolve issues related to online sales from order placement to final delivery of product.Co-ordinate with Hidesign warehouse, partners, retailers and customers.
