I'm a strategic thinker that can implement big ideas in an inclusive way. I've worked for non-profits, state and federal government, and as an entrepreneur. My breadth of experience in setting both location and sector give me broad perspective. I like to examine systems to see what is working and where we can make tweaks that allow the people to meet their highest goals. As a coach, facilitator, and manager, I know that people and relationships come first and are the basis for achieving any outputs. I'm excited about bringing an analytic approach to the work I do and shifting back to climate work, potentially on the policy side.
