She has a Master’s in Counselling Psychology from the Adler School of Professional Psychology, Chicago, USA, and is an Associate Certified Coach from Erikson College International. She has an advanced certification in MBTI® assessment, and has an international certification to administer and interpret psychological instruments like the MBTI®, FIRO-B, and 16PF from CPP, USA. She established Collective Quest®, a learning and development company, in 2010 to support organisations in developing their people capability. At Collective Quest®, we partner with organisations to deliver customized training and assessment solutions.
