• Plan and prioritise product feature backlog and development for the product.• Define product vision, road-map and growth opportunities.• Defining and managing the product vision and strategy, based on customer and stakeholder needs and market research.• Creating and prioritizing a product backlog(a list of features and requirements)that aligns with the product vision and goals, and continuously refining it based on feedback and changing business needs.• Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams(e.g.developers,designers,marketers,andqualityassurance)to ensure that the product meets customer needs and is delivered on time and within budget.• Ensuring that the product backlog items are clearly defined,well understood,and properly estimated by the development team.• Acting as the primary point of contact for all stakeholders(e.g.customers,partners,executives,and other departments) on matters related to the product.• Ensuring that the product is compliant with all relevant regulations and standards,managing product documentation and demos.•Collaborating with UX in design decisions,demonstrating deep understanding of technology stack and impact on final product.• Demonstrating leadership and ownership of the product,and inspiring others to share and contribute to the product vision and goals.

• Work with leads across the company to define analytics requirements.• Build and improve backend datasets needed for reporting.•Create and generate reports,data models,business metrics,dashboards,and visualizations using data analysis tools and software.• Develop dashboards for teams across the company to support key internaldecisions.•Manage the engagement budgets and support superiors in developing marketing collaterals,business proposals and new solution / methodology development.• Enable senior leadership to derive insights to help with decision making.• Design,Develop and Maintain a one stop shop to report onsquads’teamhealth,sprintmetrics, platforms/backend metrics, engineering metrics.•Collect,organize,analyze,and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.• Describe data storytelling,to articulate technical information to a non-technical audience.• Prioritize,meet deadlines,and identify opportunities with limited oversight.
