Engagement with the “Eye Care Professional (ECP) Locator” feature tripled, a metric that was subsequently incorporated into regular reporting the sales team offers to customers, to demonstrate the added value of partnering with ACUVUE• Conceived and launched the Acuvue Library website, North America’s first-ever online digital portal for ECP’s to access ACUVUE digital marketing materials. Over 500 artifacts (bilingual) available across Canada • Took a risk and developed the humorous, “Isn’t it time you tried contacts?” social campaign which, after successfully launching in Canada, was leveraged in the US and Brazil.
