Eg:- Naukri, Linkedin, Facebook and Indeed- Proficient in MS- Excel, MS - Office Package.- Maintaining Steadfast Candidate Database and MIS preparation for new hire.- Hands on experience in Telephonic screening, Candidates retaining for after placement, Reference from Candidates. - Candidate Follow up till end the process up to Candidate Join the respective department. - Achieve the Monthly Target and coordinate with HR generalist activities like PF & ESI online up gradation.- Handling Company Interview Walk - in also.- Report to Managing Director.
