As a HR Sourcing Executive at ESCON Elevators, I am responsible for understanding the ongoing hiring needs of the business and establishing the right sourcing mix to generate a strong pool of talent for open roles. I also screen and evaluate candidate profiles and resumes to assess their qualifications and fit for specific roles, and conduct initial candidate interviews and assessments. Additionally, I draft and publish attractive job advertisements and manage responses, and design and conduct engaging talent events and campaigns.
