Client Servicing Manager
Current- Managing portfolio of existing brand protection and loyalty reward solutions clients
- Designing campaigns for existing clients
- Managing day-to-day technical and operational activities
- Manage relationships with various Sproxil service providers and integration partners and provide customer service to Sproxil clients
- Work with various departments within client companies (like marketing, purchase and accounts) to fulfil client orders and ensure timely billing
- Ensuring that all services are delivered as per agreed Scope of Work & Service Level Agreement
