My core responsibilities in this role were:- Overall website management including UI/UX improvements, organic traffic and rank, CRO, on-page, off-page, and technical SEO, content marketing, managing content calendar, timely reports submission, regular communication with top management, content updation on CMS, etc.- Monitored website analytics to identify trends, keyword rankings, and made data-driven decisions to improve SEO performance- Create new content strategies and identify content gaps based on keyword research to increase organic traffic- Used to conduct weekly website audits to identify technical SEO issues and worked on appropriate solutions- Took SEO sessions with content writers which helped in improving content quality and structure of pages- Worked on Sitemap updation, placing canonicals wherever required, proper robots tag, Meta titles, descriptions, and headings- Conduct competitor analysis to identify opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends- Helped in YouTube SEO by sharing insights from time to time, optimizing Meta tags, and suggesting trending topics- Provide specialized SEO guidance to others across the organization as necessary- Hired junior SEOs and trained them

In this role:- I performed on-page and technical SEO optimization, conducted thorough keyword research, delegated tasks to my team members, generated comprehensive weekly and monthly reports, and conducted meticulous SEO audits to identify and resolve errors, crawling issues, status code discrepancies, duplicate pages, and more.- Furthermore, I successfully managed website traffic and rankings during critical events such as result declarations, exam administration, and application form releases, which typically led to significant spikes in traffic.- Migrated website from OGMA to WordPress with minimum assistance from dev team.- Daily tasks include SEO audits and resolving technical SEO issues, monitored work done by team members at regular intervals of time, share feedback with them, identifying new keyword and content opportunities, and submit reports to the senior manager

- Worked on content creation of Mathematical concepts from Grades 1 to 12 and On-Page SEO of webpages.- Managed a team of 7 to 8 content writers.- Daily tasks include work allocation to writers, time-to-time review of their work, reporting technical SEO issues to the manager, on-page SEO of articles, finding keyword opportunities, and monitoring traffic growth.
