• Conduct in-depth research and analysis of both existing and future processes and services to identify opportunities and make recommendations for improvement and standardization to maximise efficiency and value-add.• Representing CO requirements on large transformative change programmes from across the wider business, as well as identifying the change impact and training requirements for successful implementation.• Developing business cases and collaborate with other functions to engender change and process improvement and ensuring alignment with wide-ranging initiatives• Ensure CO and its suppliers has the documentation required to uphold BAU and support change from within CO and from broader change programme• Define and develop appropriate metrics and measures of performance in CO that support ongoing change as well as ensuring excellence in our BAU work, in conjunction with Content Delivery expectations

• Training and managing offshore data suppliers and partners through Supplier visits and Virtual media• Working with cross-functional stakeholders (Editorial, Content Architects, Production) to develop/refine digital publishing requirements process and workflow• Leading process-improvement projects and training other members of staff including XML first workflow and Multi format output• Recruitment and training new members of staff and managing them• Managing cost and schedule to ensure the digital products are brought out on schedule, on budget, and to a high quality

• Organize the preparation, capture, conversion, and quality control of XML content for digital products and APP• Design and implement workflows for the production and publishing of complex XML content• Manage the offshore data suppliers and freelancers, quality, budgets, and schedules for production of XML content• Training and supporting the data suppliers on new projects.• Implement and improve quality procedures and tools to ensure the supply of high quality XML• Training production editors in data tasks and workflows and to develop procedures to use the XML content as the source for print and online content• Working with stakeholders to contribute to the improvement and standardisation of processes and systems
