Private Banking Operations caters to backend operation of Equity and Mutual Funds for Private Clients in India.Responsibilities HandledØ Equity Process Ø Mutual Fund Ø Account opening of the clients on the basis of KYC and linking demat account; the broker account and the bank details etc, Maintenance of database for Investment Customers on Telesto-V4.Ø Estimation of Income (thrice a month) and reconciliation of investments done Ø Handling all Income related queries from Regions and ensuring that all are resolved within minimum expected time lines.Ø Tracking of Support charges for Equity, Advisory and Mutual Funds, monthly reconciliation and computing and payment of Service Tax. Raising debt note in case of income receivable from any provider i.e. IPOs, Secondary Market deals etc.
