Responsible for one or more therapeutic areas within clinical trial management organization by ensuring strategic planning, execution, and delivery of all global clinical trials across all programs. Partnering with other development line functions, the Executive Director of Clinical Trial Management proactively leverages current and prior experiences to create clinical trial action plans and make recommendation to senior leaders at Ichnos Sciences. The Executive Director of Clinical Trial Management develops an empowered organization that can navigate in a matrix environment and adjusts quickly to business needs. This role also drives operational excellence through process improvement and knowledge sharing across Ichnos Sciences. Responsible to build organizational capability by attracting and retaining top talent. Manages departmental hiring plan and recruiting efforts in order to build a strong team with operational expertise that can meet the portfolio strategy.
