Business objective is to increase Time On-Wing▶ Engaging with external stakeholders (Airbus, Boeing, Collins) and global teams (Performance, Material, Vibration, Sales) to identify the root cause of the investigation▶ Leading Engine Maintenance Program (Trent 900, Trent 1000, Trent 1000-TEN, Trent XWB-84k, Trent XWB – 97k)▶ Identifying the causes of engine removals (planned or unplanned) and propose solution resulting in punctuality of Aircraft, longer operating hours, customer satisfactory and positive business impact for all parties▶ Driving several cost reduction programs (like Scrap reduction), higher scrap rate found on Oil feed tube on Trent 900 engines, solution was validated by need of inspection by eliminating the inspection through careful examination of the data (previous events, Engine Manuals, Aircraft maintenance manual, Weibull Analysis of the oil feed tube for the possible crack, safety aspect after elimination of the inspection) reduced scrap and increased margin to the business▶ Staffing, Guiding and capability development of new Engineer and Mentor new joiner▶ Playing a leadership role for the Diversity and Inclusion council to scale up the business acumen for Women engineers

▶ Thermo-fluid system & Secondary Air system Analysis▶ New product Introduction (NPI) on Trent XWB -84k engine Enhanced Programme to improve the specific fuel consumption (SFC)▶ Product Owner of Intermediate pressure compressor (IPC) system stage 5 in the engine▶ Fan rear seal deletion (FRSD) : Driven the design change across different teams (Whole engine modelling, performance, Aero thermal) to check the impact of the design on the safety and SFC, assessing Failure mode, effects, and criticality analysis (FEMECA) for the new design. Integrate the design and manufacturing methods into product concepts▶ Driven the engineering design from Preliminary Design to Flight Test Bed collaborating with global teams, Airworthiness team, safety team and customers▶ Conducted New Product Introduction (NPI) RB3043 engine for business jet for testing (qualified testing) and certification of the design▶ Certified in RB3043 supporto Mitigating safety alert report (SAR) through thermal analysis for the engine Trent 1000o Upgrading existing models by factoring all the events and new learning to improve the quality and turn-around time in the event of field issue for the engines Trent 800 and Trent 1000 combustion casing and High Pressure Turbine casing▶ Conducting extensive research and Thermal analysis:o To optimize performance and efficiency of aeroengine designs using finite element analysis (FEA) to verify the integrity and safety o Cross-functional teams including manufacturing, quality assurance, and procurement to ensure seamless integration of componentso System-level testing and troubleshooting to identify and resolve technical issueso Design reviews and provided technical expertise to support project milestones▶ Ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements throughout the development process▶ Assisting in the integration and testing of aerospace systems to ensure functionality and reliability

▶ Conducted 2D and 3D Thermal Analysis▶ Upgraded the thermal validation model of GP7200 powering A380 to improve the model readiness to address the field issue▶ High Pressure Turbine Disk (HPT) Life extension programme: Upgraded the thermal model to be used by the lifing team to evaluate the life of the component this resulted in increase of component life and hence reduced service intervention.▶ Led a Women network Project on the theme “Application of Data Science in Aerospace industry”.

• Tip Clearance prediction - Axisymmetric closure predictions between the Rotor and Casing models from Thermo Mechanical analysis using FEA. The analysis used for the prediction at HPC and IPC rotorpath which lead to closure of design and readiness to development.• Fuel Pipe temperature prediction – Evaluated fitness and function of Fuel pipe, accounting from Combustion chamber outer casing and other components to capture the effect of the radiation on the fuel pipe temperatures..• Disposition critical failure (Redtop) - Prediction of Temperatures Increase for various components due to the failure of Bleed Valves, to mitigate the such events which lead to product safety.• It was observed pilot reduced the idle time and hence combustion chamber outer case (CCOC) temperature during take off : study was done to evaluate the scenario to identify and specify the right limits ensuring product safety.
