• Assist LNG Stakeholders for Chartering In / Out LNGC, FSRU ,FSU,SSLNG as per the shipping requirements and upcoming projects.• Study Daily LNG market from different sources and update ship owners, charterers, trading houses.Assist in creating Daily ,Weekly and Month LNG Reports.• Provide Owners and charterers input on Hire rate in different route basis information from Baltic Index(Present and Future Month) ,Spark Commodities Index(Present Month and Front Month), Argus Voyage Estimation and Ship brokers network worldwide.Also Project specific Feasibility study on Shipping Cost based on Size of project(Small Scale,Medium Scale,Large Scale) for new Routes.• Assist parties in Preparation, Execution and monitoring of Time charter parties for Spot , short and Long Term according to the negotiated terms.• Guide Ship owners, Trading house in tendering process on Indian PSU company for LNG Cargo Lifts. • Maintaining close relationship with ship owners, charterers, trading houses, insurers, lawyers and brokers.• Assist in Voyage Management-Vessel clearance & Ship Shore Compatibility Study (SSCS),Handling vessel and Cargo documentation like Bills of Lading, Letter of indemnity (LOI), monitoring progress of the vessel to verify that it is as per the provisions and guarantees of the Charter party.• Advise the Finance team of ship owners, charterers, trading houses for preparation of the invoices for charter hire and payments of various costs like bunkers, charterer’s liability insurance, payment of charter hire, agency and surveyor charges.
