• Drafting newspaper classified ads and posting ads on the job portals for the open positions and also participating in the Job Fairs for sourcing talent as per the company requirements.• Executing the initial screening and short-listing of the candidates as per the JDs.• Completing the joining formalities and documentation of the new joiners.• Scheduling, organizing, and tracking the training sessions for the Engineers and keeping their training records in the database, and maintaining and updating it.• Maintaining and sending weekly and monthly reports to the management.
