Review functional and design specifications to ensure full understanding of individual deliverables.Identify test requirements from specifications, map test case requirements and design test coverage plan.Develop, document and maintain functional test cases and other test artifacts like the test data, data validation, harness scripts and automated scripts.Execute and evaluate manual or automated test cases and report test results.Hold and facilitate test plan/case reviews with cross-functional team members.Identify any potential quality issues per defined process and escalate potential quality issues immediately to management.Ensure that validated deliverables meet functional and design specifications and requirements.Isolate, replicate, and report defects and verify defect fixes.

1. Good knowledge on Software Testing concepts and practices.2. Good understanding on STLC and SDLC Process.3. Knowledge on All phases of Software Test Process includes Test Planning, Test design, Test Execution and Test Closure.4. Ability to generate Test scenario, to write Test Cases and to collect Test Data.5. Knowledge on Executing Test batches and Defect reporting.6. Has good knowledge on Bug Life Cycle.7. Strong knowledge in Quick Test Professional 11.0 and Test Automation Process.8. Good Knowledge Database SQL Queries .9. Knowledge on Quality standards like ISO, IEEE, CMM/CMMI.10. Good interpersonal skill, committed, hard working with a quest and zeal to learn new technologies.
