• Managing the entire admission cycle of the student for destinations such as UK and Australia.• Decision making on student’s profile and application processing.• Managing the team of assessment coordinators, customer service coordinators, counsellors and Interview preparators located in Chandigarh office.• Application Processing management at partner universities in UK, Australian and Canada.• Establishing and maintaining relations with university recruitment and admissions team.• Liaise with students, partner agents and universities to make smooth student journey.• Identify and implement effective working practices to ensure targets, better customer service and SLAs are consistently met.• Analyze enrollment data, agent trends and local market information ensuring the Management is aware of any potential agent, center or market issues and drive change to optimize processes.
